Next campout = June 26, 27 and 28^h at Poches in Breaux Bridge and is being hosted by Mary/Mike

NOTE:  WHEN camping at Poches….each camper must call in their own reservation.  State that you are with Cestlavie campers.  There are 15 or so sites being held.  Go to our website and view the map of the campground and then call for your specific site. 337-332-0326.

You do have to call Mary/Mike to select your side dish.  This will also, give Mary/Mike a head count to know how much crawfish fetti to prepare.

The May campout was held at Riverview RV park in Natchez, MS on May 15, 16, 17.  This campout was hosted by Susie/Marvin.

Saturday the meeting was called to order by Bob.  Campers were led in the opening Prayer by Juanita.   Marvin led the members in the Pledge of Allegiance. Juanita led the members in God Bless America.  Members camping this week end – Judy/George, Polly/Bob, Sue/Bo, Sue/Ed, Susie/Marvin. 

Marvin made a motioned to approve minutes as received and second by Sue.  Members approved minutes.

Judy R gave the treasurers’ report. It was moved by Polly and second by Marvin that the treasurers’ report be accepted as given.  Report was approved by members present.

NEW BUSINESS: 

(1)  The collection of monies for the adopted child (Buddy Bryant) is still going good.  The second American Express card was sent along with a club t-shirt and a fleece blanket Polly made for him. 

(2) January 2010 campout at Ken’s still needs a host. 

(3) Polly will move forward to make the reservations for the campsites for the months 2010.  The 2010 schedule will not be finalized and published on the web site until reservations are confirmed.

(4) Pat Courville is looking into a Yawl Come to Lake End at Morgan City.  He tentatively reserved the week end of June 12-13-14. After discussion members, members ask for Pat to cancel this reservation. 

(5) Members also discussed the fundraiser cookbook.  After much discussion on fundraisers, George made a motion to raise the annual dues from $20 to $30.  This second by Bo and members voted in favor.  August 2009 dues are $30/year.

(7) Polly picked up a “thank you” card to Ronny Wingfield.  (Ronny is Marvin’s brother) Ronny was our Natchez tour guide on Saturday.  Members added notes to the card and Polly will mail.

There being no further business, it was motioned by Marvin and second by George that the meeting adjourn.
